The door straight ahead opens into a good-sized double bedroom (10) with Velux roof window.
The door to the left leads into a single bedroom (9) with Velux window and, in turn, through a further door into a large family bedroom (11) with a large roof window and a low-level window.
Doors from the family bedroom lead to a family bathroom (12) and a walk-in wardrobe (13).

POINTS TO NOTE:

A separate stone building houses the garage, garden store and wood-store with storage loft over, and there is parking space for several cars.

Local Amenities:

Shops and services are just 10-15 minutes drive away in either Crozant, or Eguzon.
Situated on the river Creuse, in the 'Valley of the Artists', Crozant is a most interesting little town and popular tourist venue, famous for the striking scenery of its ancient ruins standing on a promontary in the river and the rocky gorge that carries the river around them.
Eguzon is a small town with a regular weekly market, and noted for its annual 'Chestnut Festival'. It is also a popular tourist spot with good restaurants, camping facilities, and closely linked to the water sports centre on nearby Lake Chambon.
A waterbus service operates on the river between Crozant and lake Chambon.
Established footpaths allow pleasant walks to the river Creuse (10-15 mins) and to Lake Chambon (about 30 mins).
The A20 motorway is accessible at Junction 20 (25-30 mins), the main railway station is in La Souterraine, and the nearest airport is at Limoges.
