Lavaveix is a small agreable town in La Creuse between Chénerailles and Ahun, not far from Aubuson a much bigger town. There is of course the Boulangerie and a small supermaket, garage and DIY shop in the main high street. Ahun is about 3 kilometres from Lavaveix and has a much bigger supermarket.

THE HOUSE is situated just outside the main part of Lavaveix. It is 90 m² on 2 floors: Downstairs is a studio (30m2) with a shower room and an American Kitchen separated by a bar. There are two wall cupboards and a fireplace.

This part of the house is garden level and has a door leading to the garden. This can be rented out or for guests. The stairs lead to 2 bedrooms and a shower room on one side, the kitchen and sittingroom com dining room on the other. The patio doors leads onto an 8sq. metre balcony.

From the balcony one can see the rolling hills of La Creuse and there are stairs leading to the garden.
