To get to the house you will need a car. Leaving the highway at Limoges you will drive 40 kilometers to the house.
Coming by train you can stop at Nexon
Coming by flight from Stanstead to Bellegarde/Limoges you can rent a car

The house is constructed of beton elements, wrapped with crepi. Solid tile roof.
All floors are old bricks from a monestary. Interior furnitures in 1950-60 Nordic style, with focus on comfort.
Kitchen with (old) fridge (freezer in store room) and full equipment.
Washroom with shower is separated from toilet.

Exterior
Originally an attached garage was constructed for a big caravan. We split the garage in two - one half rebuilt into a guest room with double bed, washbasin and seoarate entrance. The other half is store room with electric heater and space

There are annual expenses of approximately 1600 euros for insurances, electricity, water supply, garbage disposal, taxes
A local "concierge" has been looking after the house, including cutting the grass, small repair works etc. for appr. 1500 euros/year
