The property is well situated in terms of access - driving times to the autoroute junctions (A63, A64 & A65) are 30,20 and 45 minutes respectively. The TGV train station of Dax is 15mins away and travel time to Paris is 1hr15, Bordeaux 1.15 with the tram system providing easy airport access. Airports include Biarritz (50min), Lourdes (1h15), Bordeaux (1hr30) and Toulouse (2h40). The Spanish border is equally accessible- (1hr via Hendaye on the coast or 1h30 via the Pyrenees) -making day trips to Spain for shopping & tapas an easy day out. The Spanish ports of Bilbao and Santander are also within reasonable driving distance for those wishing to travel by ferry.
