Additional Details
The region has preserved its authentic character and local identity, maintaining its traditional French village atmosphere in a safe and peaceful setting, quite unlike some bustling areas where population density and diversity are more pronounced.
This exceptional property previously had English owners 25 years ago. They restored and improved it appropriately, making it truly delightful. It's the ideal place for a retirement or a change of pace, or even for a family seeking tranquility.
Revenue Generation
The "Beille-de-Bas" gîte is rented through Airbnb (https://www.airbnb.fr/rooms/773861442290061623), Booking.com (https://www.booking.com/hotel/fr/maison-d-hotes-a-la-campagne.fr.html), and Google (http://beilledebas.free.fr/british.htm). We didn't want to turn it into an intensive business with a lot of advertising and marketing optimization to attract customers. This choice generates an income of €3,000 per year. But we could do better with good advertising.
