A 2nd staircase gives access to a furnished attic with a floor area of 42m2. Cabling has been laid throughout the house for the electricity, there is already a new fuse box, but it is not connected yet. The old installation is currently still connected, so there is electricity.The former barn was been converted into a guest house. The inner size is 40m2. Downstairs there is a living room (20m2) with kitchen corner, 6m high. A few steps higher, on the right side, there is a living area of 20m2 with a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Above that there is a bedroom of 20m2.Accessible from the side of the house, there is another room of 20m2. Once properly arranged, this is certainly a very nice ensemble.The ground is fairly flat, mainly pasture with many large trees.The septic tank works but it doesn't conform.The house is connected to mains water.Located in a quiet hamlet at the end of the paved road.
