The beamed ceiling is 2m high under the main beam and 2.30m under the small beams. From the hallway there is also access to the living kitchen (19m2) and the cellar. At the end of the kitchen there are wooden cupboards with sink, refrigerator and the possibility of installing a washing machine. The cellar is vaulted, dry and low and there is also the renewed electric boiler. At the end of the ground floor is a small functional bathroom with toilet, tub / shower and sink. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a small additional room. The first bedroom at the back of 12m2 has a very small window to the side and receives more light from the wall with window to the front room. This partition could be removed to create a larger room. The second bedroom at the front is 12m2 and the third bedroom, which is also at the front, is 13m2 and has a large single glazed window. Possibility of replacing it with double glazing. The bedrooms have beautiful original parquet floors and are 2.45m high. In the hallway there is a large newer oak floor. The small room at the back (7m2) can be used as storage space or an additional bathroom can be made. The upstairs hallway is spacious and bright (12m2). In the charming bread house, the roof has already been insulated. There are two floors. The ground floor has a concrete floor and a fireplace. The floor space is 20m2. A nice place for a small gîte or as a workshop. This also offers a possibility of rental.
