It is accessible to both the north and west coast beaches and is only 45 minutes from the ferry port of Roscoff.

The house:
The front door opens directly into a large living, dining area with kitchen corner. The kitchen has a sink and units and the floor is tiled. The room also has a large log burner. An original stone archway leads into a useful storage area. A back door leads to a covered conservatory, with doors that open to a small outside area with room for a BBQ. There is also a lean to shed which houses a water tank and can be used for storing bicycles etc.

From the kitchen, stairs lead to the first floor where there is one double ensuite bedroom and one single bedroom, a WC and a separate shower room. There is also another space, currently used as a bedroom that leads to the second floor. On the second floor are two further double bedrooms and an additional shower room. Here there is a second hot water tank.
