The landscaped grounds, spanning over 800 m², form a vibrant tapestry of pine, oak and olive trees.


Geometry Of VOLUMES
This 230 m² residence unfolds a composition of clean lines, where the verticality of the volumes and the horizontal lines dictate the rhythm of the façade.

From the threshold, the nearly 90 m² reception room rises in a silent ascent the height opens up the view and invites one to take a deep breath. Bathed in a diffused light that floods the space, the materials seem to lose their weight, creating an airy rhythm where each wall recedes before the vastness of the space.
At the heart of this space, a masterful piece bearing the illustrious Focus signature suspends its steel form. This raw, matt sculpture appears to float weightlessly, anchoring the living area whilst freeing the floor from its grip.
Drawing inspiration from the codes of nature, the kitchen blends mineral and plant elements.
