Location
The medieval village of Puycelsi is a short drive from the house with its wonderful architecture, its shops and restaurants. There are so many medieval villages and attractions in the area as well as Montauban which is about 45 minutes away.

Access
Gaillac, with all its vineyards and supermarkets is about 25 minutes away, Albi 40 minutes and Toulouse with its airport at Blagnac is about 50 minutes.

Interior
From the ground floor courtyard, you enter the house via a covered terrace, which overlooks the pool, into a hallway (7m2) with a bedroom (18m2), a separate shower room (4,5m2), a utility room (15,4m2) which could lend itself to be converted into a summer kitchen, a living room which could equally be used as a fourth bedroom with access directly onto the terrace and a third bedroom. The stairs lead up to the first floor with a small light hallway with doors off to the master bedroom and adjoining dressing room, access hatch to the large loft and doors opening into the very large living/dining room with its closed hearth fireplace and also to the fully fitted kitchen. Exterior
Even before you enter the property, you are immediately struck by the surroundings: the small neighbouring château and its pond, the beautiful facades and the tall trees beyond. We enter through a large portico that opens onto a first terrace, partly covered by the first-floor terrace with a pretty dining area with its views and the pool to the side with its contra flow system enabling you to keep fit or equally relax in the surrounding terraces.
